Some Examples

Look for curved lines in winding rivers, streams, roads, and highways. They can convey mystery.

The horizontal lines of the horizon can give a sense of tranquility.

Diagonal lines from left to right create a sense of calm.

Use vertical lines to convey power and strength.

Railroad tracks are a great example of converging lines and create a sense of depth in your image. If you choose to take photographs on railroad tracks, remember safety is priority over getting the shot. Risking your life is not worth it.
There are other ways to capture converging lines. Here’s a couple safer options.
