Contest Summary – HIPA Photography Awards
Hope will be the main theme of the season. Do you believe in the presence of hope? Then you can and try and capture a special moment portraying its beauty this coming season.
Participants must be over 18 years of age, from anywhere in the world, to submit entries. This contest is free to enter.
Entry Categories and Prizes
Hope – Main theme of the Eighth Season of competition.

Portfolio (Story-Telling) – The chance to showcase your storytelling skills through a series of photographs.

General – Photography that doesn’t necessarily fall into any of the other categories on offer. There are two opportunities to participate in this category. One category open to black and white entries, the other for colored entries.

Aerial Photography (Video) – This category allows aerial and drone photographers to showcase their skills within various topics and themes.

Special Awards
The Photography Appreciation Award – A special category for a person or group who has shown long-standing commitment to enhancing the art of photography.
The Photography Content Creator Award – Editors, publishers, bloggers, researchers, inventors, promoters and all print and digital content creators that have had a positive impact on the industry and helped shape it to what it is today.
Emerging Person/Organisation in Photography Award – An emerging person or organisation that has shown outstanding work or vision in the photography industry on a regional, national or international level.
