What is an environmental portrait?
Environmental portraits are photographs of subjects in their natural environment. It can be where they live, work, play, travel or anywhere they spend their time.
The best environmental portraits tell a story about the subject. Their surrounding will give visual information about who they are, what their interests are, and what their life might be about. The environment is just as important as the subject, so think about what you want to include.
